Ribbon:
The ribbon is composed of 11 vertical stripes: red, white, blue, orange, green, yellow, green, orange, blue, white, and red.

A six-pointed white-enamelled star with rays between the arms of the star. In the center is a green colored disc bearing the outline of Vietnam with a three tongued red flame between North and South Vietnam.
