DELIVERY & SHIPPING

I. Delivery

In view of the current Covid-19 circumstance, kindly allow additional time to pack and dispatch your orders to the selected service provider.

Kindly see below for delivery time frame upon dispatch.
The price of postage includes handling fees. Please refer to the following table for more information on the different services provided.

The delivery cost will be reflected in the check-out page during the check-out process. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 1 to 2 business days once your parcel has been dispatched. The courier will deliver the parcel within the next 3 business days* after it has been processed for delivery. Please note delivery window may be extended during peak and festive seasons i.e. Christmas and Chinese New Year. Kindly only place order if delivery window is acceptable.

There will also be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout so the courier can reach you under any unforeseen circumstances. *exclusions apply

II. International Delivery Service

All overseas orders will be dispatched via DHL Worldwide Express. The delivery cost will be reflected in the check-out page during the check-out process. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 1 to 2 business days once your parcel has been dispatched. After which, kindly allow time frame provided (depending on your location) for your order to reach your shipping address. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once the order reaches your country, it may take several days for your shipment to be cleared through customs. Customs clearance varies by country and is at the discretion of the customs agency in the destination country.

We will, to our reasonable efforts, ship your order according to the estimated delivery time provided, but are unable to guarantee that the order will be delivered within this time frame. Estimated delivery time may vary or change due to circumstances beyond our control. ELM will not be liable for any delay or inability to deliver your order within the estimated time frame.

Risk & Title of your goods passes to you on the date and time of delivery of your order to our nominated shipping agents. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify ELM of any change in delivery address.

III. Taxes & Duties (Applicable for II. International Delivery Service only)

The international shipping charge is exclusive of customs duties/taxes, which may be charged separately by the carrier. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties will be borne by the customer.

Customs authorities require that we declare the value of your order on your package. It is the sole discretion of the custom agents to release your package.
